super fun summer reading contest!!
WHAT: A super great way to learn and keep your mind working this summer by reading books, keeping track of the pages you read, and trying to out-read everyone else in your age group for a prize!
1st place gets $100, 2nd place gets $50, 3rd place gets $25. Everyone has fun!
WHO: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes will be awarded in each age group
7-11 years old, 12-16 years old, 17 & up
so yes!, this is for all ages, patients, soon-to-be-patients & non-patients J
WHEN: turn in your filled-out form by August 20, 2010
